After studying organ, oboe and music history at the Liège Conservatory, Gérard LAMBERT studies musical education and obtains the degree of regent in music pedagogy at the IMEP in Namur.
Here he discovers his love for baroque music during workshops with Alfred and Mark DELLER, Desmond DUPRÉ and Bob SPENCER. He accompanies Henri GANTY, international reknown flautist at many concerts.
In 1979, at the instance of the Dean of La Roche, he founds the choir “LaRochante“, which he conducts for eighteen years.
In 1981, he becomes designated organist of the Saint Nicolas Church in La Roche-en-Ardenne, a position he holds for thirty years.
Besides this he teaches as professor in music education in different schools in La Roche-en-Ardenne, Marche-en-Famenne and Barvaux.
